Home preparation and departure service. (Open house prior to arrival to set temperatures, turn off security alarm, stock fireplaces, hot tub temperature checks, and turn on lighting. Secure the property upon departure, general tidying, activate alarm system.

Weekly check of HVAC functionality, verify temperature settings, refrigerator/freezer operation, exercise taps and toilets to ensure water in the traps.
Weekly watering and basic indoor and outdoor houseplant care.
